hopefraf.org respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on hopefraf.org infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@hopefraf.org including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The URL or description of the material you claim is infringing
- Your contact details (name, address, email, phone)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and may notify the party who posted it.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@hopefraf.org with the required information, including your contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove or restrict content and take action against repeat infringers.
