Matthew is a humble, hardworking and a positive minded gentle man and a Christian by faith. I grew up in the southern part of Ghana where activities of life are hot and brisk.

Growing up in a family engaged in vegetable farming and livestock as livelihood, I naturally became a big enthusiast of agriculture. This enthusiasm eventually developed into a job which earned me a Farm Manager on a hundred acre Mango farm.

Matthew have a background in Business Administration with good analytical skills. l helped in setting up a Labour Company which supplies labour to the busiest and biggest seaport in Ghana.

Altogether, I managed over two thousand casual labour force with varied degree of expertise every month for over four years. My positive minded attitude drew me into HOPEFRAF when I came across the vision and mission statement which won my heart.

I enjoy serving as a Coordinator with HOPEFRAF leading the rural needy to be self-sustaining.
